Procrastination is pretty straightforward.

You dread doing a task.

Your brain goes into this reflex-mode.

Feeling that urgent need to escape that dread.

Driving you to go do something else.

Anything, but that dreaded task.

Result – you are procrastinating.

In this Daily Deposit, we go to the root cause of the dread.

And no – it’s NOT the task itself that is dread-full.

It’s not that email, meeting or presentation that are dread-full.

The dread is generated by something that YOU are doing, NOT the task.

And by changing THAT, you can turn off that dread.

So that your brain doesn’t feel that need to escape.

And you get that task done or dealt with.

Just like you said you would. #unstoppable
